Warren City Hall was the setting of the 11:30 a.m. Sept. 18 wedding of Beth Arundel and Charles Russell.

Warren mayor Doug Franklin officiated the ceremony.

Mrs. Russell is executive director of Grace Woods Senior Living in Niles.

Mr. Russell is an educator for Liberty Local Schools.

The Russells have made their home in Girard.
