All state, federal offices: Closed today. No mail delivery.

Schools: Youngstown, Warren, Niles, Sharon, New Castle, Youngstown Diocese, closed through Jan. 4.

Universities: Kent State at Trumbull, Eastern Gateway Community College, closed through Jan. 4; Youngstown State, business offices closed today.

Western Reserve Transit Authority (WRTA): Closed today.

Public libraries: Warren-Trumbull, Bristolville, Girard Free Library, closed today; Youngstown-Mahoning County, Kinsman Free Public Library, Hubbard Public Library, Bristol Public Library, McKinley Memorial Library, Niles, Newton Falls Public Library, closed through Sunday.
