City's Community Police Unit playing Santa today

YOUNGSTOWN — Members of the city's Community Police Unit are playing Santa today.

The unit will be delivering gifts that were dropped off during their fill a cruiser event earlier this month. Three cruisers were filled with gifts and officers had to make several trips to take all the gifts back to the station at Eleanor and Mahoning avenues.

The gifts are being given to needy families on each officer's beat
