Former employees of Atlantic Beverages in Warren indicted on drug charges

Former employees of Atlantic Beverages in Warren have been indicted by a Trumbull County grand jury on drug charges.
Naser I. Judeh, 50, of Akron was indicted on charges of aggravated drug possession and aggravated drug trafficking; and Mohammad N. Nassar, 50, of Englesson Drive Northwest was indicted on charges of aggravated drug possession.
Their indictments say the offenses occurred May 14, the day Warren police raided Atlantic Beverages and found oxycodone in the pockets of both men.
Police conducted undercover buys at the store in the previous two months, according to documents filed in common pleas court. Magistrate Beth Aurilio of common pleas court approved a preliminary injunction May 26 that required the store to remain closed for one year.
The indictments say Nassar is subject to forfeiture of $365 in cash seized from him, and Judeh is subject to forfeiture of $2,704 in cash and a handgun that were seized.
Also indicted this week was David D. Williams, 23, of North Highland Avenue in Girard.
He is charged with three counts of aggravated robbery and three counts of being a felon in possession of a firearm.
He’s accused of committing three armed robberies in five days: at the Highland Dairy on North Highland Avenue in Girard on Nov. 18, the Speedway gas station on Belmont Avenue in Liberty on Nov. 17, and the Dollar General store on Church Hill-Hubbard Road in Girard on Nov. 14.
If convicted, he could get more than 30 years in prison.
