William Gutwald, 34, Mahoning Avenue, Austintown, possession of heroin and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Christopher Guy, 34, Mahoning Avenue, robbery and resisting arrest.

Gerald Little, 35, North Bon Air Avenue, aggravated possession of drugs and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

James P. Rogenski Sr., 72, Clearwater Cove, Austintown, nine counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor and nine counts of illegal use of a minor in a nudity oriented material or performance.

Ray K. Thompson, 30, Ohio State Penitentiary, Coitsville-Hubbard Road, assault.
