Boardman police arrest man in marijuana case

BOARDMAN — Township police on Thursday arrested a Youngstown man for trafficking in marijuana.

Qy'Shon Jackson, 23, is charged with that offense, a fifth-degree felony, as well as misdemeanor drug possession.

The charges stem from a traffic stop on Indianola Road at Grover Drive, during which police reportedly found 10 individually wrapped bags of suspected marijuana and several prescription pills.

Jackson is scheduled to appear in court Tuesday.
