Lakeview 59, Poland 50

POLAND

Lakeview took advantage of an off-night from Poland’s starters to end Poland’s undefeated streak. Addie Becker led Lakeview with 19 points and Annie Pavlansky had a double-double of 15 points and 13 rebounds. Jensen Silbaugh also had 15 points for Lakeview. Maggie Sebest came off the bench to pace Poland with 13 points. Juliana Blangero and Jillian Penman scored 12 and 11 point, respectively, for Poland.

Canfield 63, Boardman 31

BOARDMAN

Ashley Kaleel scored 15 points — all on five 3-pointers — and Marissa Donchess added 12 points as the Cardinals beat the Spartans in All-American Conference action. Canfield built a 16-2 first-quarter lead and Donchess then scored 10 of her 12 in the second as the Cardinals took a 43-13 halftime lead and cruised to an easy win. Krista Johnson led the Spartans with 17 points.

Struthers 50, Jefferson 41

STRUTHERS

Kaitlyn Kane led Struthers with 15 points and Kahylah Brown had 13 and Alexis Bury added 12 points. Emily Smock had a team-high 17 points for Jefferson.

Niles 39

WARREN

Kia Allen’s 20 points led Harding past Niles. Sara Marz was the lone Niles player in double figures for the Red Dragons with 10 points.

Brookfield 49, LaBrae 37

BROOKFIELD

A 16-8 run in the fourth quarter was enough to push Brookfield past LaBrae. McKenzie Drapola led all Brookfield scorers with 13 points. LaBrae got 11 points from Lauren Rutherford.

Howland 63,

Austintown Fitch 53

AUSTINTOWN

Sara Price willed Howland past Fitch with a 38-point performance that included five 3-pointers. Alexis Sallee led Fitch with 14 points and Alysoun Mukaabya added 13.

West Branch 42, Salem 37

SALEM

Brenna Rito and Sarrah Tennefoss each scored 12 points, Emma Rankin had nine and Catie Hahn had five points and 15 rebounds as the Warriors (2-5, 1-3 Northeastern Buckeye Conference) beat the rival Quakers (3-4, 0-4). Chloe Cheresne led Salem with 16 points.
