Theft: Davis Waggoner, 32, of Washington Square, was issued a summons for theft of $200 of merchandise at Kmart, 4475 Mahoning Ave.

Theft: Two juveniles were arrested for theft at Kmart.

Theft: A computer and dog food were stolen at Walmart,6001 Mahoning Ave.

Theft: A camera and lenses were stolen at Walmart.

Recovered property: Tools were recovered at a home in the 100 block of North Navarre Avenue.

Resisting arrest: Sarah Markulin, 28, of Idaho Road, was arrested on a warrant for inducing panic and also charged with resisting arrest, obstructing justice and falsification. Also arrested, Gary Markulin, 53, same address, was issued summonses for resisting arrest and obstructing justice.

Burglary: An apartment in the 1000 block of Compass West was burglarized and a television and DVD player were taken.

Theft: A tool called a passload positive placement gun was stolen at Alexander Construction, 5437 Mahoning Ave., No.2.

Theft: A female fled Kmart with merchandise.

Theft: A bicycle was stolen at the Austintown Library, 600 S. Raccoon Road.

Obstructing official business: Dimitri Smith-Traylor, 22, of Catalina Avenue, Youngstown, was arrested for possession of marijuana, obstructing official business, and failure to appear on a traffic violation.

Nov. 27

Theft: A briefcase containing coins was stolen from an auto in the 80 block of North Raccoon Road.

Receiving stolen property: Anthony Taylor, 34, of Allendale Street, was arrested for theft, receiving stolen property and criminal damaging.

Warrant: Craig Randall, 39, of Valley View Drive, Boardman, was arrested on a warrant for menacing by stalking and telecommunications harassment.

Theft: Juveniles were reportedly stealing at Walmart.

Falsification: Jean Clover, 55, of Tod Avenue, Warren was arrested for criminal trespassing at Walgreens, 5501 Mahoning Ave., and falsification.

Criminal mischief: A hole in the rear of a garage was caused by golf balls at a home in the 6000 block of Winteridge Court.

Felonious assault: A male suspect tried to run a woman off the road at Norquest Boulevard and Evans Avenue.

Falsification: Nicely McQueen, 20, of Donald Avenue, Youngstown was arrested for falsification.

Burglary: Three pairs of jeans were taken from an apartment in the 1000 block of Compass West.

Theft: An auto was broken into and items stolen at a home in the 60 block of Westminster Drive.

Theft: A rim and tire were taken off a vehicle at an apartment in the 4000 block of Westchester Drive.

Theft: A 30-day tag was taken off a vehicle at a home in the 4000 block of Fitzgerald Avenue.

Breaking and entering: A house was broken into in the 100 block of N. Canfield-Niles Road and copper was taken.

Burglary: A home in the 3000 block of Almerinda Drive was broken into.

Criminal damaging: A vehicle was damaged at a home in the 1000 block of Carnegie Avenue.

Theft: A purse was taken at Kmart.

Theft: An RCA tablet was taken at Walmart.

Theft: A credit card and money were taken at Walmart.
