Five minutes with the mayor is Tuesday

YOUNGSTOWN — Mayor John A. McNally will have his monthly “Five Minutes with the Mayor” on Tuesday, starting at 5 p.m., in his first floor office of city hall, 26 S. Phelps St.

Those stopping by with holiday greetings or concerns will be offered candy and cookies.
