Dante Hutchins, 33, Rush Boulevard, four counts of aggravated burglary, two counts of felonious assault with repeat violent offender specifications and sentencing enhancements.

Frank J. Consiglio, 22, Market Street, abusing harmful intoxicants and theft.

Allison M. Whittaker, 44, Miami Avenue, theft, aggravated robbery and robbery.
