Closing arguments underway in Carter murder case

YOUNGSTOWN — Closing arguments are about to get underway in Mahoning County Common Pleas Court in the complicity trial of Kalontae Carter, 20.

Carter faces charges of complicity to aggravated murder, complicity to aggravated robbery and felonious assault for the April 29, 2013, death of Kristopher Stuart, 26, who was killed during a robbery at his Elm Street home.

Judge Lou D'Apolito is hearing the case, which began Wednesday.
