Info: Amigo is a very sweet but timid 2-year-old pup that has been in Angels’ care since July. He came as a surrender with two other dogs. At first, he did not trust people and hid from guests, but has come out of his shell with the help of an Angels volunteer. Amigo needs an owner who will help him continue to progress and be measured and patient with him. Help this shy guy blossom!

Name: Annie

Info: This 2-year-old has been with Angels for about six months and has had some ups and downs adjusting to shelter life. Annie struggled with her weight, but with help from the medical staff, she is back to normal. What she needs now is a nice home where she can laze around on a couch all day.

Hours: Noon to 6 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday; noon to 8 p.m. Friday; 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday; and closed Sunday and Monday.

Info: Angels pets are put up for adoption with shots, worming, neutering or spaying. Cats have been tested for feline AIDS and leukemia, and dogs, for heartworm and temperament.
