Youngstown police on High Street scene of possible homicide

YOUNGSTOWN

Detectives and crime lab personnel are on the scene of a possible homicide in the 800 block of High Street.

Police were called to the home about 8:15 a.m. by a woman who discovered the body of a man.

If it is a homicide, it would be the city's 23rd of the year. Youngstown had 19 homicides in 2014.
