Girard Health Department closes its vital statistics department

GIRARD — The Girard Health Department, 100 W. Main St., is closing its vital statistics department, effective Thursday, which means the department will no longer issue birth and death certificates.

The Warren City Health Department, 418 Main Ave. SW, will handle Girard death certificates. For information, call the Girard Health Department at 330-545-6048 or the Warren Health Department at 330-841-2612.
