‘Care of Creation’ prayer vigil for creation tonight at Fellows Riverside Garden

YOUNGSTOWN — A prayer vigil is planned at 7 p.m. today at the gazebo at Fellows Riverside Gardens in Mill Creek MetroParks fora time of prayer, reflection and unity on the theme of “Care for Creation.”

The Orthodox Ecumenical Patriarch established Sept. 1 as a day of prayer for creation years ago. Pope Francis is calling on Catholics and others to participate.
