Warren City Federation will meet at 11:30 a.m. Sept. 8 at Bourbon 45 Restaurant, 775 Mahoning Ave. The cost of the luncheon is $13 per person. The speaker will be Jean Cramer on “The Ladies of Seneca Falls, N.Y.” The host club is Trumbull County Travel Club, which has chosen the Animal Welfare League as the charity this month. Items needed include cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, paper towels and treats for cats and dogs. A representative from the Animal Welfare League will be at the meeting to transport all donations to their facility. Reservations are required by calling Peggy Boyd at 330-856-5398. The deadline is Friday.
