The Vindicator incorrectly reported Thursday on page A7 under Police Calls that Stephanie Mackall of Austintown was arrested in a domestic- violence incident Aug. 22. Instead, she was the victim and William Darkadakis, 35, of Lancaster Drive, was the person arrested. He subsequently was charged with a fifth-degree felony of domestic violence. The Vindicator regrets the error.

A story about a motor-vehicle accident lawsuit that appeared on page A6 of Wednesday’s paper incorrectly referred to the vehicle that rear-ended a school bus in the Sept. 26, 2013, crash as a car. The Youngstown accident actually involved two school buses. The reference to the car was contained in the text of the lawsuit.
