Mahoning County

Canfield: Canfield High School will host its 41st annual band night at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the high-school stadium. The show features high-school marching bands from Canfield, Austintown, Champion, Struthers, Poland, Lakeview and Boardman high schools and a special appearance by the Youngstown State University marching band. Trumbull County

Mineral Ridge: The Mineral Ridge High School marching band will have its 14th annual Show of Bands at 7 p.m. today at the Joe Lane Sports Complex, 3750 Main St. Area bands will preview their halftime performances. The bands performing will be Girard, Niles, Jackson-Milton, Sebring and Mineral Ridge. Ticket prices are $6 for adults and $4 for students and senior citizens. Children 5 and younger enter for free.
