Warren neighborhoods host block parties Saturday and Sunday

WARREN — Homewood Avenue Southeast at Niles Road and Clarence Street will be closed from noon to 9 p.m. Saturday for a block party.

Fourth Street Southwest at Highland Avenue and Valley Avenue will be closed from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday for a block party.
