Struthers traffic stop leads to drug charge

A traffic stop Thursday evening led to an arrest for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. According to a police report, an officer charged Latefa Stanley, 22, of Youngstown with failure to comply with the signal of a police officer after she did not immediately pull over. The report states that an officer found a pipe and bowl with suspected marijuana residue after eventually stopping Stanley at Midlothian Boulevard and Port Drive. Stanley will be arraigned Wednesday in Struthers Municipal Court.
