HANOVERTON

The Raiders breezed to a victory as Brandon Youngs scored four goals and Cole Frank and Lucas Beabout each scored three. Landon Morucci, Patrick Kennedy and Scott Erb also had goals for South Range. Mark Vennetti had two assists, and Cole Frank and Jason Cudler each had one. Keeper Luke Schaefer had a save and keeper Brant Rothbauer had 8 saves. Eagles keeper Tucker Widlicka had 13 saves.

Tera Backherms scored three goals and Hannah Harnichar scored two for the Tigers (1-1). McKenna Wilyard made two assists while Kaitin Conway made six saves. For Girard, Sarah Malvasi scored two goals and Malina Whitfield scored one for the Indians. Goalkeeper Morganne Carpenter made eight saves. JV: Newton Falls, 3-1.

CORTLAND

Reagan Rosenberger scored four goals while Rachel Braunegg and Sam Yancey each scored three for the Bulldogs. Also scoring were Hope Churley, Jackie Smith and Sarah Kloboves. Haylee Mathews had four assists and Braunegg two. Goalkeepers Miranda Meffe and Abby Townsend combined on the shutout. For Edgewood, Brittany Kendzerski made eight saves. JV: Lakeview, 4-2.

Kassie Seabolt scored one goal and assisted on the other. Jillian Beard scored the other goal while Donna Finch made 13 saves.

Bethany Rasile scored two goals and Hannah Ward had another — all in the second half — as the Red Dragons (2-0) stayed unbeaten. Kacie Cera had two assists and Renee Meser had one for Niles. Vada Flannery had three saves for the Red Dragons and Alexis Cobin had 13 for the Eagles. JV: Niles 0, Hubbard 0.

Sarah Obradovich had nine kills, 24 points, three aces and 27 digs in the Falcons’ victory. Jayla Crawley had eight kills and six blocks and Bree Hunter had 16 assists. The Bulldogs were led by Krista Nolfi (nine points, 4 aces, 39 digs) and Jill Penman (three points, 11 kills, 5 blocks). JVs: Fitch, 2-1.

Kayla Barreca made 16 kills and nine digs while Gabby Kline had 15 kills and 10 points for the Tigers. Autumn Hutson scored 10 points and made 24 digs while Heidi Hauck scored 24 points and made six digs. Olivia Hedge scored 16 points while Izzy Kline made nine kills and three blocks. Kate Wainwright made 37 assists. For the Wildcats, Selena Valentine made five kills and Becca Hohmam made 16 digs. JV: Newton Falls, 2-0.

Kimmi Wiggers had 18 kills, 16 digs and 10 points for the Blue Devils. Karlee Pezzano had 42 assists, 14 digs and three kills while Taylor Siefke had 14 kills, seven blocks, three aces and six digs. For East Palestine, Brysten Trosky had 16 kills and six blocks while Jessica Leake made 15 kills. Jenn Rhodes made 37 digs and scored nine points while Alex Moore scored 11 points.
