“From Dusk Til Dawn” (9 p.m., El Rey Network): “From Dusk Till Dawn” returns for Season 2, and you just know there will be lots of fangs and blood. Joining the creepy fun is Danny Trejo, who plays a brutally evil character called “The Regulator.”
“Public Morals” (10 p.m., TNT): “Public Morals” is a gritty new crime series that whisks viewers back to 1960s New York, where police officer Terry Muldoon (Edward Burns) is part of a squad charged with enforcing the city’s morality laws. Michael Rapaport also stars.
“My Fab 40th” (10 p.m., Bravo): This reality series looks at extreme, middle-age birthday parties.

Toastmasters sets two competitions

The local branch of Toastmasters International will host its Humorous and Table Topics speech contests Monday at the Summitville Tile Building, 621 Boardman-Canfield Road, from 6:40 to 8:45 p.m. Guests are welcome to attend.
In the Humorous speech contest, contestants show their funny side. In Table Topics, they have up to two minutes to respond to a question that is not known beforehand.
Hip-hop dance classes at JCC
YOUNGSTOWN
Youth hip-hop dance classes will begin Sept. 12 at the Jewish Community Center of Youngstown, 505 Gypsy Lane. The weekly class is for age 7 to 12. It will be on Saturdays, from 11 to 11:55 a.m.
Students will learn the fundamentals and specialty moves of hip-hop and breakdance in a fun, athletic environment. Fee is $8 per class ($70 for 10 classes; $120 for 20 classes; free for JCC members). For information, contact Liz Rubino at 330-746-3250, ext. 187.
Irwin on ‘DWTS’
NEW YORK
Bindi Irwin, 17, the daughter of late wildlife expert “Crocodile Hunter” Steve Irwin, will compete on season 21 of ABC’s “Dancing with the Stars.”
Bindi has worked to carry on her father’s legacy, hosting TV shows, writing books and co-writing books to promote conservationism.
“Dancing with the Stars” returns Sept. 14.
