Citizens will gather for special meeting

Northeast Homeowners and Concerned Citizens Association will gather for a special meeting at 6 p.m. Thursday at Price Memorial AME Zion Church, 920 Dryden Ave.

Guest speakers will be Mayor John McNally, Youngstown Neighborhood Development Corp., Sheriff Jerry Greene and other city officials.
