Lawsuit against Youngstown plan scheduled for Sept. 19, 2016

The trial for the lawsuit filed by Youngstown City School Board and the district’s school teachers and classified employee unions against the state regarding the Youngstown Plan has been scheduled for Sept. 19, 2016.

An initial status conference is set for Nov. 16.
