19-year-old killed in car crash near Elm Road Drive-In

Warren City Police are investigating a fatal motor-vehicle crash near the entrance of the Elm Road Triple Drive-In, 1895 Elm Road NE, this morning.

Shemar Glover, 19, was killed in the crash at about 5:45 a.m.

Preliminary investigations indicate that speed was a factor.
