Miss White, Mr. Townsend plan nuptials

WARREN

Wendell and Diane White of Warren are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Courtney Renee White of Tallmadge, Ohio, and Dorian Marcell Townsend of Niles. Parents of the future groom are David and Beverly Townsend of Youngstown.

The couple will marry in an open ceremony Sept. 12 at Second Baptist Church, and invitations will be issued for a reception to follow at the Hippodrome.

Miss White graduated from Kent State University with a bachelor’s degree and received a master’s degree in fundraising and philanthropy in progress from Bay Path University.

Mr. Townsend attended Youngstown State University and is employed by Alorica Inc.
