Tie Dye Party planned at park

WARREN

The Fine Arts Council of Trumbull County will sponsor an end of summer Tie Dye Party at 6 p.m. Saturday at Central City Unity Garden, at the corner of Washington and Mercer streets.

For this family event, take an old T-shirt and tie dye it. Music and food will be featured.
