Youngstown adds four new police officers Friday

YOUNGSTOWN — The city police department will swear in four new officers Friday.

The new hires are Steven Gibson, 29, John Wess, 24, and John O’Neill, 21, all of Youngstown; and Darrick Ball, 25, of Boardman.

The ceremony will take place at 10:30 a.m. in city council chambers.
