Struthers woman faces prostitution, drug charges

BOARDMAN — A Struthers woman is charged with illegal possession of drug paraphernalia and instruments, and soliciting in prostitution after an incident at a mobile home park.

Charged with the misdemeanor offenses is Stacey Sullivan, 31, of Creed Street.

Police responded to Martin Mobile Home Park on South Avenue on Wednesday after someone reported a female was sitting on the street smoking crack, according to a police report.

The charges against Sullivan stem from the fact that Sullivan allegedly approached residents and offered sexual acts to them for money.

Police then reportedly found several crack pipes, a needle, a metal spoon with suspected heroin residue and other drug-related items on her person.

Sullivan posted bond, and was scheduled to appear in Mahoning County Area Court here tonight.
