Route 11 ramp northbound to I-80 west will be closed tonight

AUSTINTOWN — There will be a ramp closure overnight Friday for the ongoing Interstate 80 construction project.

Ohio Department of Transportation officials said the ramp from state Route 11 northbound to I-80 westbound will be closed from 7 p.m. Friday to 10 a.m. Saturday for pavement repairs.

The detour during that closure will be Interstate 680 to Meridian Road to I-80. This work is part of the three-year $108.4 million project to widen and repave the highway from state Route 46 to state Route 193/Belmont Avenue. The entire project is expected to be complete by late July 2018.
