Mercy Community Church has free book-bag distribution, cookout Sunday

YOUNGSTOWN — Mercy Community Church, 2420 Donald Ave., on the city's West Side, will sponsor a community cookout from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday with free food.

Free book bags and school supplies will be given to the first 100 children. Children must be accompanied by parent or guardian.
