Mahoning County health board phone lines down

YOUNGSTOWN — Due to an AT&T repair issue, the telephone and fax lines for the Mahoning County District Board of Health offices listed below are out of service:

• Main Office, 50 Westchester Drive, 330-270-2855

• Austintown WIC Clinic, 50 Westchester Drive, 330-792-2397

• Environmental Laboratory Services, 116 Westchester Drive, 330-270-2841

The Austintown WIC Clinic is closed until further notice. WIC staff members are contacting clients to reschedule appointments for the Austintown Clinic only. The Boardman and Youngstown WIC Clinics remain open.

All other health board divisions are open for business. If you need to contact the board, send an emai: info@mahoninghealth.org or visit our offices from 8 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

The board will notify the public when phone service is restored.
