City crews battle vacant house fire on Warren Avenue

YOUNGSTOWN — Firefighters were called to a vacant house fire at 37 E. Warren Ave. about 8:20 a.m. today.

A spokesman at the scene said crews found the attic of the home fully involved in flames. That was quickly put out and firefighters were cutting holes in the roof to put out any hot spots.

There were no injuries.
