BREAKING NEWS | Murder charges dismissed against two men in 2012 double homicide


YOUNGSTOWN — A judge today dismissed charges against two men charged with a June 2012 double murder on the East Side.

Judge Maureen Sweeney of Mahoning County Common Pleas Court dismissed charges of aggravated murder against Willie Daniel Jr. 19 and Tijuan Muldrow, 20, because prosecution witnesses cannot be found.

The two were charged with the shooting deaths of Ibn Shakoor, 20, and Michael Jackson, also 20, who were found inside a vehicle June 1, 2012.

The charges can be refiled, prosecutors said.
