Hubbard man pleads not guilty to domestic-violence charge

HUBBARD — David Shambling, 54, of Hubbard pleaded not guilty to a charge of domestic violence at his arraignment Monday.

Officers arrested David Shambling on Saturday at a home in Woodland Avenue, where the incident took place. According to a police report, an officer used a stun gun on Shambling after he resisted arrest. Shambling was at Trumbull County Jail without bond until his arraignment. His pretrial is set for Sept. 3 in Girard Municipal Court.
