Mahoning County welcomes new citizens


Fourteen people became U.S. citizens earlier this month in a naturalization ceremony with Anthony Vivo, Mahoning County clerk of courts, administering the oath of allegiance. Judge Beth A. Smith of Mahoning County Domestic Relations Court spoke to the new citizens. Their names, hometowns and countries of origin are:
