Hearing continued for Struthers man charged with aggravated menacing

STRUTHERS — A continuance has been granted for the pretrial of Gust Mamounis, 38, of Struthers. The pretrial, originally scheduled for today, will be at 1:15 p.m. Sept. 10 in municipal court here.

Mamounis pleaded not guilty to charges of aggravated menacing at an arraignment June 19. A police report says Mamounis followed a group of children along Elm Street while brandishing a loaded gun. Police said he threatened to kill the children and used racial slurs.
