Dr. Lewis M. Spirtos joined Mercy Health, formerly Humility of Mary Health Partners, as a staff psychiatrist. Dr. Spirtos is a 2004 graduate of Poland Seminary High School. He graduated magna cum laude from Youngstown State University in 2007, and he received his doctor of medicine degree from Northeast Ohio Medical University in 2011. He was the recipient of the NEOMED Outstanding Future Psychiatrist Award.

Dr. Spirtos completed a four-year residency in psychiatry at Akron General Medical Center and Summa Health System in 2015, and served as chief resident from 2014-2015. He is a member of the American Psychiatric Association.

Monica Hoskins, an American Family Insurance agent in Boardman, has been recognized for providing outstanding customer experience under the American Star Excellence in Customer Experience Certification Program.

The service excellence distinction was determined through an evaluation process conducted under guidelines established through the American Star Excellence in Customer Experience Certification Program.
