Youngstown man cited for OVI after drive-thru incident

BOARDMAN — A Youngstown man faces an impaired-driving charge after police found him passed out in his vehicle in a fast-food drive-through lane.

Township police responded to Taco Bell, 940 Boardman-Poland Road, early Thursday in reference to a man who had been in the lane for 20 minutes.

Charged is Daniel Morgan, 66, of Sheridan Road. He was cited for operating a vehicle while impaired and placed under a one-year administrative driver's license suspension.
