Two nabbed for possession of heroin

YOUNGSTOWN

Police serving search warrants Tuesday afternoon investigating drug activity arrested two people on possession of heroin charges.

About 5:05 p.m., Tequan Scott, 20, was arrested at a 136 Maywood Ave. home. Reports said police found three bags of heroin in the home as well as a loaded .38-caliber revolver. Another man in the home had $486 cash in his pockets, reports said.

About an hour later, Shatice Jackson, 22, was arrested in a home at 37 West Heights. Police found a bag of heroin, a digital scale and a marijuana grinder at the home.
