Lists of vacation Bible schools open to the public will run on the Religion page. Please include the following information: the complete name of the church; address with city or township; time, date and location of sessions; program theme; ages or grades; and whether it’s free or there is a fee. Information should be submitted two weeks before the school’s opening or its registration deadline. The Religion deadline is 5 p.m. Wednesday for publication that Saturday. For verification, include a name and phone number of a contact person, which will not be published.

Bethel Assembly of God, 3807 Mahoning Ave., Austintown: “Custom Garage VBS” will focus on how we are custom-made by God. The free program is for 4- to 12-year-olds from 8:30 a.m. to noon Aug. 20-23. A closing program and car show will be from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Aug. 22.
