Kinsman road closed Monday

KINSMAN — State Street between state Route 87 and Webber Cole Road will be closed Monday for a sanitary-sewer pipe replacement project being performed by Marucci and Gaffney Excavating Inc. of Youngstown.

The recommended detour is west on state Route 87, north on Kinsman Ridge Road and East on Webber-Cole Road.
