Campbell woman faces drug charges

CAMPBELL — Police arrested Toni Hartman, 41, of Campbell on charges of possession of drugs and criminal trespassing Thursday night.

According to a police report, Hartman was walking into the Youngstown Metropolitan Housing Authority property on Jackson Street, despite having been given a criminal trespass warning in the past.

Officers stopped Hartman and found a small amount of suspected cocaine in her sock. Hartman will be arraigned on the chargesTuesday in Campbell Municipal Court.
