Youngstown house shot at twice goes up in flames
YOUNGSTOWN — A 129 Ellenwood Ave. home that was shot at twice within 24 hours this week was destroyed in a fire about 2:35 a.m. today.
Crews who were called to the home found heavy fire on the side of the home when they arrived, reports said. Damage is listed at $12,000, a total loss, according to reports.
Police responded to the home about 8:10 a.m. Tuesday and 12:35 a.m. Wednesday after reports that someone was shooting at the home, and they found bullet holes and shell casings but no one who was injured.
The cause is listed as under investigation.
