Laughlin China program set at library
SALEM
Salem Public Library, 821 E. State St., will offer a program on the history of Laughlin China at 6:30 p.m. Aug. 24 in the Quaker Room. Dave Conley, historian for Homer Laughlin China Co., will talk about the history of the company, which was built along the banks of the Ohio River. Also learn about Fiesta Æ dinnerware and how it came to be the most collected dinnerware in the history of tabletop.
