Youngstown man found guilty of firing gun in city limits

YOUNGSTOWN — Judge Elizabeth Kobly of Youngstown Municipal Court Judge Elizabeth this morning found a West Side man guilty of discharging a firearm within city limits for firing a warning shot in the air while chasing a suspected burglar.

The judge fined Peter Horvath of South Bon Air Avenue $50 plus court costs.

Horvath was charged May 10, after he chased someone through his yard who he thought was trying to break into his home.
