Hubbard police arrest former employee for theft from business

HUBBARD — Police arrested a former employee of O'Reilly Auto Parts on West Liberty Street for allegedly stealing from the business.

Jason Gross, 32, of Hubbard, told police in an interview July 27 he had used fraudulent returns to steal $1,621 from the store, a police report states. Gross will be arraigned Tuesday in Girard Municipal Court on a charge of theft.
