Campbell police arrest Poland man on drug charges

CAMPBELL — A traffic stop Tuesday on 6th Street led to the arrest of a Poland man on charges of possession of heroin, drug abuse instruments and drug paraphernalia.

According to a police report, after the traffic stop, police found Steven West, 23, in possession of a small amount of suspected heroin, a hypodermic needle, rolling papers and two spoons.

West will be arraigned on the charges Friday in Campbell Municipal Court.
