UPDATE | Second teen suspect in Youngstown homicide arrested
YOUNGSTOWN — The second suspect in the murder of an 18-year-old July 26 was caught this morning.
Police Chief of Detectives Capt. Brad Blackburn said U.S. Marshals arrested James Johnson, 15, on an aggravated murder charge. He is being taken to the Mahoning County Juvenile Justice Center.
Johnson is wanted for the death of Jarell Brown Sr. of East LaClede Avenue who was found shot to death about 10:15 p.m. July 26 at West Indianola Avenue and Market Street.
Arrested last week for Brown’s murder was Brayquan Walker, 16.
