Campbell man pleads not guilty to domestic violence

Virgilio Rios, 25, of Campbell entered a plea of not guilty to a charge of domestic violence at his arraignment today in Campbell Municipal Court. He has a pretrial hearing set for Dec. 4.

Police arrested Rios on Monday. An 18-year old woman told police that Rios kicked her in the back of the head and broke her phone near Jean Street.
